Whats On 101** Après Ski at Zeta Bar

Friday night saw the launch of Après Ski at Zeta Bar at The Hilton. The Zeta Bar will be transformed into a winter wonderland every Friday night until 29 August and is the perfect place to beat the winter blues, warm up and indulge. For those unable to escape the daily grind and head to the slopes, Zeta Bar will transport you to the ultimate Après Ski venue.

Enjoy delicious festive cocktails, mulled wine, blazers and hot toddies by the opulent oversized fireplace, all while snacking on the hearty foods on offer – from roasted chestnuts to cheese fondue, garlic mushrooms to pork rolls. Those with a sweet tooth will not be able to resist the delectable toasted marshmallows, homemade lollipops or chocolate fondue.

The extensive cocktail list will not disappoint, with everything from the Toasted Marshmellow Gin Fizz to the Double Black Diamond Espresso with cinnamon and a touch of raspberry. Our SydneySocial101 recommendation would have to be the Honey’d Highlander (aka the Fancy Hot Toddy) which combines Johnnie Walker Black Label infused with stonefruits and honeycomb served in true hot toddy style.
