Manta Restaurant has decided to shake things up – creating something a little bit special this September with a one night only event entitled Chocolate & Wine.
For choc-a-holics and wine lovers alike, this event is definitely for you (if you couldn’t already tell from the title!)
Being held on September 24, Manta is providing guests with a unique chocolate & wine inspired 5 course dining experience, all with incredible Sydney Harbour views thanks to Manta’s iconic Woolloomooloo Wharf location.
Manta has teamed up with Colin Sheppard of Flaxman Wines (top 10 contestant on Masterchef AUS 2014) and Amedei Chocolates for a food experience like no other. Head Chef, Daniel Hughes has created an incredible five-course menu, using Amedei Chocolate in EVERY course!
If you though chocolate was just for dessert, think again. The menu is designed to showcase that chocolate is not only perfectly suited to sweet dishes, but also savoury – chocolate lovers rejoice. Each dish has also been perfectly matched with Flaxman Wine to compliment the dishes further and take you on a Chocolate & Wine journey like no other.
